View57 – A diamond in the rough, View57 had modest beginnings as a “twin T”, light industrial lab building. Purchased in 2016, Element embarked on a substantial base-building and lobby renovation of the 30,000sf building, and then customized new, creative office spaces for a variety of local tenants, as well as almost 20,000sf for Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN). The project was completed in 2018 and sold in 2019.
