Completed 2017
Located in the quaint Goss-Grove neighborhood, 2333 Arapahoe provides dedicated student housing for Naropa University — the first such dormitory-style housing for Naropa students in nearly three decades. Formerly the site of a Dairy Queen, this new residence hall provides easy and convenient access to Naropa University, downtown Boulder, employers, dining and shopping. Designed to stand up to the wear and tear of significant everyday use by college students, 2333 Arapahoe serves as Naropa University’s premier dormitory without looking or feeling like a traditional dorm. The 18-unit, 28-bed facility features energy-efficient design and construction, high-end finishes, long-term bike storage and extensive indoor and outdoor common amenities. 2333 Arapahoe also provides free parking spots, a laundry room, wireless internet and a programming/community space. Dedicated to providing students with healthy sustainable living, 2333 Arapahoe was designed to enhance the academic experience and build community.
