The building’s luxury apartments fuse iconic designs, energy efficiency, unparalleled views and an unbeatable location. 17*Walnut highlights Element’s commitment to livability and sustainability, and with nearly $12 million invested back into the community, the project is a vivid demonstration of Element’s ability to deliver high-end, Class A projects. When 17*Walnut sold in April 2017, the sale represented the highest-ever per-unit price in Colorado’s history as well as for a non-coastal asset since 2015.
