Railyards is comprised of almost 70,000sf (office and retail/restaurant). Designed by Boulder’s SopherSparn Architects, Railyards features a rectilinear form, with unparalleled access to light and views with its outdoor balconies and “East Coast factory-style windows” running the length of the building. Railyards will also feature nine massive artists murals on its first floor facing Boulder’s newest bike path that connects to Goose Creek. The opposite side of Railyards will be an important bookend to S’PARK’s plaza area.
